I started praying and I immediately heard, “Double Jeopardy,” so I looked it up.
Double Jeopardy: Prohibits prosecuting a defendant twice for the same crime after an acquittal, conviction, or certain mistrials.
The Father began, “Stephanie, remember this when you are feeling overwhelmed or sense the accusations of others or by the enemy.”
I continued further with the engagement to ask for more. I believe it is a tool for the body to use.
“Father, what does this have to do with? What question should I ask?”
“When have you been persecuted?” He responded.
“Lord, I can probably think of times that might not really mean that. Only you know, Lord.”
He answered, “Would you say that prosecutorial actions have been taken against you before?”
“Yes, Lord.”
“Would you say that you received a fair and righteous judgment from Me?”
“I would, Lord. Every time.”
“How often do you think a case comes before Me?”
“Only you know, Lord.”
“Would seven times a day surprise you?”
I paused. “If I truly think about it, I would say I am not surprised.”
“What if I told you I utilize ‘Pure Double Jeopardy’ on a regular basis (in the Courts)?”
“I am floored, Lord. Tell me more, please, and what is PURE Double Jeopardy?”
He explained, “When the odds are stacked against you, that is when Pure Double Jeopardy comes in. Favor is more than just ‘A’ favor; it is a lifestyle. A lifestyle is given when there is favor. Pure Double Jeopardy leaves no room for boasting from the other side. Pureness has a cost to it, a refining, if you will. Jesus paid that.”
“Yes, Lord,” I answered.
“Understand this,” He directed. “The cost is paid. Double Jeopardy leaves no room for further prosecution and PURE Double Jeopardy fills the room, leaving no room.”
“No room for what, Lord? Will you help me to understand?”
He answered, “There is no place, no space, no access, and no ability to bring a false judgement against my people when Pure Double Jeopardy is aligned with purpose of destiny and the admonition of the Lord.”
(Definition: The “admonition of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4) refers to training children through godly instruction, warnings, and counsel rooted in Scripture. It focuses on shaping a child’s mind and character through loving discipline rather than harshness, guiding them to understand the Lord’s ways, consequences of actions, and spiritual truths.)
“Every case is thrown out, dismantled, discouraged, and considered a high trespass,” He continued. “Don’t underestimate the devil and his schemes, however; Double Jeopardy is not something he has wanted you to know about. This is why it is time. Sons, rise up. Stand knowing that the pure righteousness of my Son has called into question every legality of sin. For those who can’t seem to move forward, you win. You always win. Double jeopardy is the key. The purest form of this is our love for each of you.”
“Lord, thank you. Are we able to use this in the Courts of Heaven?”
“You must ask the question, ‘Does Double Jeopardy apply here?’”
I asked, “Will you tell me more?”
“You are the prize. Our prize. You are bought and paid for with the highest of high prices. Beat the devil at his own game. Arise, shine, for your light (of understanding) has come. Remember, you win.”
“Are there any other questions I need to ask you?”
He answered, “Now rest, my child. Rest knowing that you win.”
As the engagement ended, I saw Him smile.
