The Team

Mark & Monique Jackson
Mark and Monique’s journey began in Sydney, Australia—after years of Mark praying for his wife—and has unfolded into a life of shared ministry and purpose. After serving with Ellel Ministries in the United Kingdom, they now live in Ontario, Canada, continuing their call together.
Mark is a gifted teacher with a background in counseling, coaching, and discipleship, known for challenging perspectives and leading others toward the truth found in Jesus. Monique, with a heart for nurturing, brings deep pastoral care through her experience in nursing and hospitality, alongside her own strong teaching gift.
Together, they create a powerful balance of truth and care. As leaders within LifeSpring International Ministries, they serve as Directors of the LifeSpring School of Ministry and AfterCare, helping others walk in healing, growth, and transformation.
AfterCare of LifeSpring International Ministries:
A Safe Place to Heal and to Grow
What is AfterCare?
When LifeSpring International Ministries first began, we initially operated singularly in the space of Personal Advocacy; that of advocating for our clients in the Courts of Heaven and gaining verdicts that transformed lives.
However, as LifeSpring International Ministries grew, we saw the need to assist people both before a Personal Advocacy session, or provide services after their care. And so AfterCare was born.
AfterCare is an umbrella of different ministries and modalities, all seeking to create breakthrough, nurture, growth and to expand God's people into the destiny that He has for them.
We do this through:
- Individual Topical Teaching Classes
- Personal & Professional Counseling
- Coaching
- Fellowship & Support Groups
- And Pastoral Care
We operate corroboratively with other parts of LifeSpring International Ministries, especially with the Personal Advocacy Sessions and LifeSpring School of Ministry.
Our Fundamental Approach
- At AfterCare we minister to people in complete alignment with and under the umbrella of LifeSpring International Ministries. See Our Beliefs.
- We are foundationally convinced that the Courts of Heaven is a useful and effective paradigm and so our approach in AfterCare seeks to accommodate this.
- We minister according to the whole person through the concept of divine design, teaching first how we were created by our Father to live: Spirit, Soul & Body – and that each part may need to be ministered to individually.
- We believe we are a tripart being – spirit, soul and body (3) not body, soul/spirit (2), and that our spirit is not just the place where the Holy Spirit dwells, but that it has an unique identity and destiny imbued by God Himself. Some of the absence of healing in people's lives can be due to a misunderstanding and misapplication of this concept.
- Living Spirit Forward is a foundational approach to life and understanding this concept will be lifechanging. We seek to bring that approach to all of our AfterCare services.
- AfterCare doesn't always immediately hold all the answers so, like everyone, we are dependant on the resources of Heaven and their infinite resources to assist us in providing freedom for our clients.
- In all we do, we seek, at a minimum, to create a comfortable and safe environment in which our clients feel loved, honored and accepted regardless of where they come from, what they have done or what they have suffered, so that you can find the breakthrough(s) you need.
- You are responsible for your own breakthroughs but we will bring all the tools we have to assist you with the breakthroughs Heaven has shown through us, the Team at LifeSpring International Ministries under the leadership of Dr Ron Horner.
Recurring Offerings
- The Sons of Thunder, is a men's fellowship meeting the 4th Thursday of the month under the leadership of Pastor Jeremy Friedman and a Men's Council. How are the AfterCare services offered?
- All services are provided online through Zoom, whether that be attending a class with others or a One-on-One Pastoral Care Counseling appointment.
- We recommend using a PC or Mac, or tablet for your meeting. Please avoid the use of Smartphones where possible as we would like to see your face - most smartphones cannot be easily positioned to this end.
- Please check on your technology when booking your session as we cannot troubleshoot your equipment when you are connecting for a session or class.
- We require you to be online with a working camera and microphone for your session. This includes group sessions and teaching.
- You do NOT have to have a Zoom account to join us for your booking. We use the Ministry's Zoom account for all sessions, groups or classes. (All zoom links will be provided to you via the appointment booking or class portal.)
How do the Counseling appointment sessions work?
- Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will receive an email with a link and Zoom Meeting ID. When it is time for your appointment, simply click on the link (in that email) and it will open Zoom on your device. Each session may have some homework to be completed prior to your appointment.
- An AfterCare Counselor will meet you on-screen.
- The AfterCare Counselor will follow the direction of Holy Spirit.
What is the cost of a personal AfterCare Counselling appointment session?
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS (One-on-One with one of the team):
- $110 for a 1-hour individual session
How do I schedule an appointment for a Personal Counselling session?
- Please visit out Counseling Appointments page to review the counselor profiles and select with Holy Sprit's help the person right for you.
- Select your own time zone.
- From the list of available dates and times, select your appointment time.
- Closest appointment times will show up first.
- Fully answer our detailed Intake Questionnaire regarding your circumstances.
- Have payment information ready at hand for input into our automated booking system.
- Look up in your email (check junk folder) from 'coach accountable' your confirmation and appointment zoom link.
Why do you require "homework" after a Counseling or a Group Counseling session has been scheduled?
- Homework is required to prepare your heart to receive what the Holy Spirit has planned for you. He prepares you for the session so that you will trust the process and gain results.
What does the "homework" for Individual Counseling or Group Counseling Session consist of?
- Read, pray & journal about Psalm 139 -The Passion Translation. Allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you about this passage of scripture. He will illuminate at different times a verse that He wants you to meditate upon. Do this each day before your session.
- Other intake forms, post sessions, pre-sessions, prep or take away forms, etc.
Only one hour sessions are available.
- A second and subsequent 1-Hour follow-up session is recommended and the frequency can be discussed with the team.
- Please do not book subsequent sessions on the same day or closer than 1 week together. This gives your soul time to acclimate to new conditions that come from the ministry within the previous session and time to complete any homework.
- Please note that your 1-Hour appointment cannot be turned into a 1.5-hour appointment later or vice versa. This is because appointments are being booked all around your appointment time, and we cannot make the change in the system.
What about cancellations or No-show clients? What is your protocol?
- NO SHOW POLICY: We do not reschedule an appointment for a No-Show client for any reason and 100% of the fee for that appointment is forfeited. We do not refund class fees when a student does not show up for a class to which they are enrolled. All Classes are recorded and you can access them via your student portal.
- You are booking a professional Pastoral Service with us, please honor that alignment.
- You are employing our counselors and their valuable time whether you show up or not.
- Please make sure you know how to connect through Zoom, and at what time your appointment is scheduled, so that your scheduled appointment takes place.
- The scheduling system we use will remind you via email one day in advance of your appointment and will reflect the time zone you choose as your time zone.
- We are not responsible if you choose the wrong time zone.
- International friends, make sure you choose your correct time zone.
- All confirmation and reminder emails come from CoachAccountable, search your inbox (including spam/junk) for this email address to help you find our emails.
- PLEASE make sure that you see our Confirmation Email immediately after booking an appointment. If you do not see it, it will be in a spam, junk, promotions, or forums folder.
- We are not responsible for missed appointments because you could not find the Confirmation or Reminder Email from CoachAccountable (our scheduling software service).
Finally, with all this information where do I start?
- A key element in successful resolution of issues in all sessions and classes is the willingness of the participant to repent for themselves and their generations and be honest with those ministering to you. The more willing we are to repent, the more things can change in your situation.
- Here is a link to a free resource, Four Keys To Defeating Accusations (SE) based on Dr Ron Horner's book to get you started on your healing journey. Enjoy and Choose Life!
Please be aware that AfterCare is not a crisis ministry and is not equipped for rapid response to clients in an emergency. If you have an urgent need please seek assistance from a qualified professional. However, we would recommend investigating if a Personal Advocacy Session would be right for you. Please contact the office admin@courtsofheaven.net or send a prayer request to pastoralcare@courtsofheaven.net. If you have any further inquires related to AfterCare please email aftercare@courtsofheaven.net.
