1. Overview of Cancellation Policy

LifeSpring International Ministries, Inc. values each member and understands that circumstances may change, leading to the need to cancel a membership. This policy provides the steps for cancelling your membership and outlines the terms under which cancellations are handled.

2. How to Cancel Your Membership

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please follow the steps below:

• Log in to your member account: under "Members Area" in the top menu, click "My Account" to access the login screen. Upon successful login, you should be redirected to your "My Account" dashboard.
• Click "My Subscription" or "Subscriptions" in the left sidebar.
  • If you have had a prior membership with us, your "Subscriptions" page will list all of them. You must click the "View" button on the one that says "Active" to proceed.
• On the right under your active subscription details will be a "Cancel" button.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation

After clicking on the "Cancel" button, you will now see a message that says "Your subscription has been cancelled."

Your subscription's status screen will now show a "Reactivate" button, if you choose to do so before the next renewal date.

4. Effective Date of Cancellation

Your membership access and benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. The cancellation will take effect the day after your current cycle ends, ensuring you enjoy full benefits until then.

5. No Refunds

Please note that LifeSpring International Ministries, Inc. does not issue refunds for any remaining days in your current billing cycle after a cancellation request is made. Members are encouraged to utilize all benefits until the end of the cycle.

6. Option to Rejoin

Should you wish to reactivate your membership in the future:

• If it is before the end of the current billing cycle, you can do so by navigating to your subscription within "My Account" and then "My Subscriptions" and clicking the "Reactivate" button.
• If it is after the end of the billing cycle when you cancelled, you can do so at any time by signing up again under "Memberships." The terms and rates applicable at the time of rejoining will apply.

7. Policy Amendments

LifeSpring International Ministries, Inc. reserves the right to amend or modify this cancellation policy at any time. All active members will be notified of significant changes through email or a prominent notice on our website.
