More Than Enough
April 10, 2024Understanding the Court of Supplications and Acquisitions – Part 1
April 16, 2024The insidious nature of Freemasonry seems to continue into every arena. The impact of misogyny upon women through Freemasonry was evil enough, but they also found a way to place the firstborn sons in bondage as well.
In Freemason culture it was (and is) expected that the sons (particularly the firstborn sons) would also become Freemasons. They would be groomed to this involvement from an early age. In some segments of Freemasonry, a firstborn son of a Master Mason could become a Freemason at the age of eighteen, instead of twenty-one.
A description of where the term comes from is found in this article:
What is a Lewis?
A “lewis” is a Freemason’s son who has not yet been initiated into Freemasonry. In stonemasonry, a lewis is an iron cramp that is forced into a cavity of a stone to enable the lifting or lowering of that stone. Although it is not a working tool used in Masonic ritual, it can be seen as a symbol of strength, which a son is to his father. Under some Masonic Constitutions, “lewises” are granted privileges such as in Scotland where the son of a Master Mason can be initiated at the age of eighteen rather than twenty-one. In England the only privilege extended to a “lewis” is that he takes precedence if he is one of two candidates at initiation.
A LEWIS is a simple but ingenious device employed by operative Masons to raise heavy blocks of dressed stone into place. It consists of three metal parts: two wedge-shaped side pieces, and a straight centre piece, that fit together (tenon). A dovetailed recess (mortise) is cut into the top of the stone block.
The two outer pieces are inserted first and then spread by the insertion of the centrepiece.
The three parts are then bolted together, a metal ring or shackle is attached, and the block is hoisted by hook, rope and pulley. By this means, the block is gripped securely.
Once set in its place in the structure, the lewis is removed, leaving the upper surface smooth with no clamp or chains on the outside to interfere with the laying of the next course.
Our ancient operative brethren used this tool as early as the Roman era. Stones with the mortised cavity for the insertion of a lewis have been found in Hadrian’s Wall (built c. 121-127 CE).
Archaeologists have found further evidence of its use by the Saxons in England in buildings constructed in the 7th century.

In Freemasonry teaching, according to Amanda Buys’ research, once a person reaches the 31st through 33rd degrees they are considered to be “enlightened.” At this stage they are turned into gods.
This in turn causes the eldest son of the Freemason to be a ‘son of god.’ If this so-called ‘messiah’ does not take up his calling to be a Freemason, he comes automatically under the Lewis Curse:
He will never be successful in his life—he will always be struggling with financial problems and will forever be a failure. (Buys, 2024)
This arrangement creates for the firstborn son a double-bind arrangement. (See the blog post on “Dealing with Double Binds.”)
Prayer of Release
Father, I repent for those in my bloodline who entered into Freemasonry in any of its offshoots and expressions.
I repent for their embracing the false beliefs systems and covenants of Freemasonry.
I repent for those who embraced the belief that they became a son of God as a result of being “enlightened” by the false light of Freemasonry.
I repent for the fathers who placed the expectation upon their firstborn sons to become a “son of God” and hence, a false messiah.
I repent for those who put the firstborn sons in the position of dealing with a double-bind by virtue of their placement in the family lineage as a firstborn son.
I repent for those who put their sons in the position of being a recipient of the Lewis Curse of Freemasonry.
I repent for the system and those operating in the system of Freemasonry who used fear and coercion to pressure the firstborn sons into becoming freemasons, so they would not inherit the Lewis Curse.
I repent for those who felt justified in their actions against their firstborn sons who did not embrace or wish to embrace the false light of Freemasonry and welcomed the Lewis Curse upon their firstborn.
Your Word says that a good man leaves and inheritance to his children’s children. (Proverbs 13:22) and “Houses and riches are an inheritance from fathers. (Proverbs 19:14).
The Lewis Curse is the antithesis of the plan of God to bless the firstborn sons in a myriad of ways.
I choose to forgive those in my lineage who embraced the beliefs surrounding the Lewis Curse and for those who perpetuated it in my generations. I choose to forgive the firstborn sons who became involved with Freemasonry so as not to fall under the Lewis Curse. I bless them and release them.
I choose to forgive those who worked to insure the activation of the Lewis Curse upon non-compliant firstborn sons and their families. I forgive them for betraying their seed. I bless them and release them.
I request the false verdict that a man reaching the 31st-33rd degrees is an “enlightened one” and thus god, be overturned and replaced with a righteous verdict. For we are the created, not the Creator.
I request the false verdict that a man who is the firstborn son of a freemason is a “son of god” outside of relationship with God. I request that it be overturned and replaced with a righteous verdict.
I request, for myself and those in my lineage who have come under the Lewis Curse, that the Lewis Curse be cancelled in my behalf and behalf of those in my lineage.
I request that all taxation that is part of the Lewis Curse be cancelled over my life and my lineage.
I request recovery of all that has been lost to me and my generations (forward and backward) be restored to me and my lineage.
